VAT: Waste X is not currently VAT-registered, so VAT is not added to these prices. This will be reviewed if our registration status changes.

Terms: Starter and Core are quoted as monthly subscriptions. Any cancellation takes effect according to the confirmed subscription terms; our Stripe Customer Portal is configured for end-of-period cancellation. No annual commitment or annual price is currently advertised.

Regulatory access: DWT submissions requiring regulator approval remain subject to Waste X verification and authorisation. A paid subscription or free trial does not automatically grant live submission access.
